ISP Problems

I'm having terrible connection problems this morning. So much so that just going through the BendingTruth mail box is taking forever.

Also I suspect it may be under some kind of low level attack as it was filled with a lot of 150K system admin mails telling me that mails I couldn't recall ever sending weren't being delivered. Thus it may have bounced back a few genuine mails. If this happened to anyone, just resend the mails, as all should be well at the moment.
